CANCELLATION POLICY

REFUND POLICY
No refunds are issued on purchases from esteffe.com.
However, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 10 days from the date of purchase for a CREDIT towards a future purchase from esteffe.com. Credit excludes Shipping and Handling charges.
Contact us via email or by phone to request a Code which MUST ACCOMPANY THE RETURN OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE (no returns for credit will be accepted without a Code).
Note: We cannot accept the return any item if there are indications that it has been worn, used or damaged.
